At downloads 2004 lars metallicas drummer couldn't turn up becuase of medical problems,
so he had to be rusher to hospital. whihc left metiallica one man down. They were late on stage by about 1 hour 30 minutes.
In the mean time a huge bottle war broke out! seriously people were throughing bottles at each other!! You had to be there!
I can't desrcibe it! lol
But while all of this was going on metallica were auditioning drummers to play
for lars. They of course had lots of people waiting but in the end dave from slayer, lars' drum tech and joey from slipknot
were the heros. Joey played nearly all of the songs because he just blew metallica away! so all of the other people that were
waiting outside to audition didn't even have a chance!
They all came onstage, and spoke to the fans. but the bottom line is metallica
played and they rocked all of donington!!!
